Job Summary
We are looking for a person to join our field operations team. You would be responsible for running robotic operations within Israel as well as traveling to meet with our customers, educating them on Ozmo, and supporting customers for deployments. Additionally, you will be responsible for on-site technical issues that need to be resolved. The majority of our customers are located abroad (New York & London) so this person must be ready if needed, to lead projects abroad, working with local teams and educating teams in English.
Responsibilities & Duties
- Operating robotic systems on-site.
- Giving technical support to teams working on site.
- Leading field experiments that will provide breakthroughs in our product’s innovative capabilities
- Be Skyline’s representative while operating Ozmo on buildings owned by third parties, including engaging with building personnel as needed.
- Managing projects on-site for the company such as deployments, Ozmo courses for third parties, robot assemblies & maintenance.
- Give product feedback to R&D team based on experience during operations
- Troubleshooting and reporting defects as they occur.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Highly self-motivated and independent - Must.
- Working as a part of a crew - Must.
- Experience using mechanical tools - Must.
- Technician or practical engineer with relevant experience (mechanics, electronics) – Advantage.
- Proactive desire to take a hands on approach and continually find ways to improve
- Experienced in field operations - Advantage.
- Experience in operating BMU / Cranes - Advantage.
- Strong proficiency in examining, investigating, and solving dynamic problems with the ability to think “out of the box” and develop creative solutions.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to take the initiative, own tasks, and be flexible regarding changing priorities.
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills in both Hebrew and English.
