Industry Specialization - Electro-mechanical, Switch
Education qualification - Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering
1: Performs design activities including: 3D modeling, drawing generation, tolerance analysis, GD&T.
2: Designs product and product tooling. Supports project engineers by completing customer deliverable documentation.
3: Performs theoretical mechanical modeling analysis for thermal and structural stress.
4: Perform updates of manufacturing and test documentation. 5: Create detail part drawings per ANSI Y 14.5M-2009
Must Have skills-
1.3D modelling and drafting using Solidworks and product documentation in Solidworks PLM
2. Part and product design, Structural and thermal analysis
3. Exposure to manufacturing processes (preferably Injection molding, precision sheet metal components and Precision Machined parts) and fixture design
4. Statistical tolerance analysis, design documentation
