Position Summary: We are seeking an entry-level Quality Engineer to support our Quality team in developing and delivering quality control and regulatory documentation. The role supports both internal and customer initiatives and concerns.
Work Environment: The role is positioned in Bangalore, India, but will be working closely with our global team in the USA as well as in EMEA and APAC. The role requires flexibility with the working hours to accommodate the different time zones.

Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer requests for regulatory reports and certifications.
- Provide customers with instructions and approvals for returned products (RMAs).
- Request analysis reports from our suppliers and rewrite the reports into Abracon’s 8d report format (in English).
- Send and receive RMAs to our factory partners for analysis.
- Pull data from a database and make charts and graphs on factory performance.
- Send Audit questionnaires to supplier partners (factories).
- Receive audit questionnaires from supplier partners and summarize findings in a report.
Qualifications:
- Able to understand basic quality concepts, methods, and tools like Root Cause Corrective Action and how to determine a statistical sample.
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills for assessing situations and making decisions.
- High attention to detail for precise and accurate work.
- Ability to document processes and create a process flow chart.
- Great interpersonal skills to interact with customers and other departments
- Flexibility to adapt to changing situations and requirements.
- Efficient time management skills to handle multiple tasks.
- Good mathematical skills for quality measurements and calculations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
