Position Requirements
- Degree: Bachelors in Engineering or Technical Discipline
- Years of Experience: 5+ years
- The qualified candidate must have experience in all areas of the design cycle. Bid and proposal support is preferred. This includes but not limited to the following:
- Demonstrated track record supporting design solutions for various Department of Defense (DoD) and Other Government Agencies (OGAs) requirements.
- Previous experience leading a technical team, demonstrating strong organization skills and technical proficiency.
- Possess superior analytical and problem-solving skills, the ability to gain internal support, operate independently with limited supervision and feedback, and the ability to establish a solid working relationship with technical staff, managers, and peers within company and customers.
- Proven experience in developing and documenting proposed architectures for highly complex DoD and OGA requirements.
- Demonstrated success in creating/maintaining relationships with senior internal and external business leaders and customers.
- Experience with forming winning industry partnerships based on analysis of solution requirements, customer knowledge, and JFTI internal capabilities.
Salary Range 160K - 200K and will commensurate with experience
Full-Time/Part-Time Full-Time
Level of Clearance Required Secret
Amount of Travel 5%-15%
