Zivko Aeronautics Inc., a small, woman-owned business, specializes in advanced composite design, prototyping, systems integration, and manufacturing of one-of-a-kind parts for unique applications. Combining an experienced design and manufacturing team, with the efficiency of a small business, allows ZAI to deliver high quality solutions ahead of schedule and under budget. ZAI services both government and commercial aeronautical needs.
ZAI has a unique company philosophy enabling a great working relationship between employees and customers. Regular project management meetings allow close-knit communications regarding all aspects of project development. Engineering staff work closely with manufacturing technicians to ensure excellent configuration management and conformance to requirements. With a good mix of engineering, manufacturing and professional disciplines, ZAI is able to provide a wide range of services and expertise to meet the customers’ requirements. Having a Designated Airworthiness Representative (DAR) on staff, and access to a Designated Engineering Representative (DER), ZAI can meet all your STC requirements.
