About The Role
At DTC, this is a high-impact opportunity for a Supplier Quality Engineer, with a strong knowledge of electronics manufacturing, to take ownership of supplier quality across our global manufacturing network.
This role is focused on ensuring that our external manufacturing partners consistently meet required process and quality standards, with a particular emphasis on PCB assembly. You will play a key role in both onboarding new suppliers and driving continuous improvement across existing partners.
You will work closely with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain teams to resolve quality issues, reduce defect escape, and improve supplier performance. This includes leading supplier audits, managing corrective actions, and implementing robust quality systems where they may not yet exist.
This is a hands-on, autonomous role suited to someone who enjoys building and shaping processes in a growing environment. There is a clear opportunity to expand your influence into broader internal quality activities and make a lasting impact on how supplier quality is managed at DTC.
The role will involve regular travel to supplier sites in the UK and internationally, including regions such as Malaysia and the US.
