Free EV Charging
Our offices feature free charging stations for owners of electric vehicles. More charging stations are being added as we continue to grow our workforce. Employees work together to coordinate charging times to ensure stations are available when needed.

Paid Time Off
Our employees work hard and deserve time to recharge. New hires receive 40 hours on their first day at Intellisense and can use it immediately. Employees accrue 3 weeks of PTO in their first year at Intellisense. Intellisense also offers paid bereavement leave and time off for jury duty.
Financial Planning / Retirement
We are committed to the financial future of our employees with a 401(k) plan, which includes a 100% match up to 4% of the employee’s contribution. You are automatically enrolled at 4% after meeting the eligibility period (3 months) and fully vested immediately.
Holidays
Intellisense celebrates ten paid holidays per year, including President’s Day, Juneteenth, and the day following Thanksgiving. We respect any religious observances that our employees may participate in, and we allow time off for those occasions
Flexible Schedules
Intellisense offers flexible schedules, including a 9/80 schedule so that employees can enjoy every other Friday off. Employees have the flexibility to establish a daily schedule inside our core business hours to best fit their needs, such as childcare or continuing education.
Voluntary Life Insurance
Intellisense supports every member of its staff with group life insurance with an option to purchase additional voluntary life insurance. You also have the option to purchase plans for your spouse and children.
