• You support our sales team with technical expertise, tackle challenges and find sustainable solutions.
• You will actively shape our Engineering Solutions Offering and help us to further expand our hardware portfolio and business areas.
Your profile
• MSc in Electrical Engineering (ETH/FH) with more than 10 years of experience in development and project management in the electronics sector.
• Sound knowledge of embedded systems, computing and bus systems (e.g. CPCI-S, VPX, COM Express).
• Proven experience in system integration, including operating systems, middleware and cybersecurity.
• Familiar with standards from defense and railways; knowledge of machine learning and cybersecurity is an advantage.
• Proficient in the use of PLM, CAE and simulation tools; experience in cost-optimized design.
• Project management certification (IPMA, Prince2 or similar).
• Structured, independent and solution-oriented work style; strong communication and leadership skills.
• Excellent written and spoken German and English skills.
• Experience with quality-oriented work according to EN 9100 or ISO 13485.
• Willingness to travel (~10%).
