Your Mission
You love electronics, enjoy developing smart systems, and want to shape technologies that set new standards beneath the surface of the ocean?

As part of our engineering team, you’ll help develop the next generation of subsea battery and power electronics systems. You’ll design PCBs, integrate sensors, and work closely with our multidisciplinary engineering teams to turn innovative ideas into real-world solutions.
Your Responsibilities
- Design and development of electronic circuits and printed circuit boards (PCB design)
- Integration and further development of battery management systems (BMS) and sensors
- Implementation of concepts for power electronics and thermal management
- Connection and communication with microcontrollers (e.g., STM32) via CAN, UART, SPI, or I²C interfaces
- Electrical design of battery and charging systems
- Creation and maintenance of manufacturing and test documentation
- Contribution to the continuous improvement of our development processes
- Close collaboration with teams from firmware, mechanics, and production
Your Profile
- Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a comparable field
- At least 5 years of professional experience in electrical engineering or a related area
- Strong skills in circuit and PCB design (e.g., using Altium Designer or KiCad)
- Knowledge of battery technology, power electronics, and sensor integration
- Experience with communication protocols (CAN, UART, SPI, I²C)
- Basic understanding of relevant DIN standards in control cabinet and charging system design
- Structured, independent, and solution-oriented way of working
- Excellent command of English; German skills are a plus
