Tasks :

Supporting the sales team throughout the entire customer journey (from the early design stage to after-sales service):
Capacity and gap assessments
Technological assessments
Shaping customer requirements
Support for RFx processes
Testing and validation: Ensuring that implementations meet customer expectations through thorough testing and validation.
Contributing to portfolio development: Contributing to the further development of the ELMA portfolio in the product line from a market perspective (ecosystems).
Operational management and strategic collaboration: Responsibility for managing operational activities and close collaboration with global product line management.
Product presentations and training: Conducting product demonstrations, training sessions and workshops for customers and the sales team.
Identifying market trends: Analyzing and identifying relevant market trends in order to react to changes and new needs at an early stage.

Profile:

Completed studies in engineering sciences, e.g., electrical engineering, software engineering, computer science, or a comparable field.
Advantageous: Further training in Artificial Intelligence
Solid knowledge of hardware, middleware, and software
Experience in the defense industry, aerospace, industrial automation, communication, energy, transportation, test & measurement, and others.
Several years of professional experience in a comparable field
Willingness to travel
